In 2010, Ryan served as project manager and assisted in the design of Drexel University's Flux! performance venue. Flux was later torn down, but is currently looking for a new location to reinstall the Meyer Sound system and Avid SC48 console. Ryan currently serves as the faculty advisor for the Flux! Music Venue.

The student rewired three patchbays, installed a Soundcraft Ghost 24-channel console, a 24 channel Pro Tools recording system and Adam S3A monitors.
