1. Organize all song files in a folder labeled with the artist’s name.

2. Only include the song files you need mastered, along with any reference tracks.

3. Rename working titles to their final release titles.

4. Submit .wav files at 24 or 32 bits, using the original session’s sample rate.

5. If desired, include alternate versions (e.g., clean, a cappella, instrumental, TV track) with the main track for mastering. Two alternate versions are included at no extra cost with the original mastering; additional alternates are $10 each.

6. If available, include a loud reference mix (MP3 or WAV) used for mix approval. This isn’t required but can be helpful.
